Embracing The Grind

Nicknamed “The Grinder,” Jake Heffernan is a professional fighter and known for his aggressive grinding style. Fighting out of Gracie Barra The Woodlands and Team Tooke MMA, Jake is a BJJ brown belt and is equally as dangerous on his feet as he is on the ground.

With each exciting fight, Jake continues to make a statement in the MMA world and is determined to show the world what he can do.
